半导体ZnS纳米球的简易合成及其光学性能

Simple Synthesis of Semiconductor ZnS Nanosphere and Its Optical Property

摘要 在表面活性剂Tween-80提供化学软模板的诱导下,利用简易的反相胶束方法,在室温下合成出直径在48-52 nm之间的半导体ZnS纳米球。X射线衍射测定表明,产物纯度高,具立方闪锌矿结构;紫外-可见和荧光光谱表明其纳米材料与体相相比依次"蓝移"了62 nm和33 nm。 Guided by the chemical soft-template supplied by Tween-80 Surfactant, the semiconductor ZnS nanosphere, with ctiameter of 48--52 nm, can be made simply with reserve micelle in room temperature. The measurement of X-ray diffraction shows that the purity of the product is very high and it has a structure of cubic Zinc-blend, From the UV-visi- hie and fiuorescrent spectrums, compared with ZnS, the absorption spectrum of the product can be observed blue-shift by 62 nm and 33nm .
