摘要 认知负荷理论(cognitive load theory)是在现代认知心理学研究基础上提出的一种促进教学设计的理论,这种理论以容量有限的工作记忆为核心,把图式作为长时记忆中知识和技能的储存形式。教师通过降低教学设计的认知负荷,促使学生获得与图式有关的知识。概念图作为教与学的有效工具,正在不断地被尝试与研究。这里基于Sweller的认知负荷理论,通过对物理概念图的实例分析,为应用概念图教学提供一些参考。 Cognitive load theory is a'theory generated to promote instructional design that based on a series of modern cognitive psychological researches. This theory mainly depends on the limited memory, and treats schemes as the form of knowledge and technology in long time memory. Through reducing cognitive load of instructional design, teachers can make students gain knowledge related to the scheme. Concept map is attempted and studied ceaselessly as an effectively instructional and learning implement, and what we ,can be enlightened from cognition load theory: This paper provides some references for our concept map instruction through analyzing some physical concept map which are based on cognitive load theory.
