超声引导下平阳霉素注射治疗特殊部位血管瘤与血管畸形

Intralesional injection of pingyangmycin guided by ultrasound in treatment for hemangiomas and vascular malformations in special regions

目的:探讨超声引导下平阳霉素局部注射治疗特殊部位血管瘤、血管畸形的疗效。方法:对15例特殊部位血管瘤或血管畸形患者在超声引导下用平阳霉素局部注射治疗,每次剂量不超过8mg;多次注射者,间隔3周,总剂量不超过70mg。结果:治愈10例,好转4例,无效1例;无局部破溃坏死、无误穿等情况发生。结论:超声引导下平阳霉素局部注射治疗特殊部位血管瘤、血管畸形,操作简便,安全可靠,可有效减少或避免并发症的发生,提高治疗效果。

Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of pingyangmycin intralesional injection therapy guided by ultrasound for hemangiomas and vascular malformations in special regions. Methods： Fifteen cases of hemangiomas and vascular malformations in special regions were treated with intralesional injection of pingyangmycin guided by ultrasound. The dose was less than 8 mg each time ; repeated injection was often necessary every three weeks and the total dosage was less than 70 mg. Results：The anomalies in 10 patients were cured,4 cases improved and 1 case had no response. Conclusions：Intralesional injection of Pingyangmycin guided by ultrasound therapy is simple, safe and reliable for treatment of hemangiomas and vascular malformations in special regions,which may decrease or avoide the complications and achieve better results.
