摘要
目的研究深冷处理对钴铬合金烤瓷冠金瓷结合力的影响。方法将15个钴铬合金试件随机分为对照组(C)、烤瓷前深冷组(E1)、烤瓷后深冷组(E2)分别进行处理,采用平行界面剪切实验测定各组的金瓷结合力。结果对照组、烤瓷前深冷组及烤瓷后深冷组金瓷结合剪切强度分别为(33.20±0.64)MPa,(32.94±2.00)MPa,(36.69±1.81)MPa。烤瓷后深冷组金瓷结合力与其他两组存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论烤瓷后对试件进行深冷处理可提高金瓷结合强度。
Objective To investigate the effects of cryogenic treatment on the bond strength of porcelain fused to Co-Cr alloy. Methods 15 samples were divided into three groups, including the control group(C), the pre-cryogenic treatment group(E1) and post-cryogenic treatment group(E2). Shear tests were performed in a universal testing machine. Results The mean shear bond strength values were (33.20 ± 0.64) MPa,(32.94± 2.00) MPa, and (36.69± 1.81) MPa. The one-way ANOVA showed E2 was different from C and El( P 〈 0.05) .Conclusion The results suggested that the bond strength could be improved by post-cryogenic treatment.
