对乙酰氨基酚及肿痛安对大鼠正畸牙移动的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过比较对乙酰氨基酚(扑热息痛)和肿痛安对大鼠正畸牙移动过程中组织学差异,为正畸临床疼痛控制提供参考。方法45只6~8周龄Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为生理盐水组、肿痛安组、扑热息痛组,每组15只。通过切牙和磨牙区安装弹簧,建立正畸牙移动模型。运用HE染色、TRAP染色及免疫组化方法观测磨牙破骨细胞数量及COX-2的变化,单因素方差分析。结果实验组和对照组在正畸牙移动过程中牙槽骨内破骨细胞量及COX-2变化量并无显著性差异,实验组之间亦无显著性差异。结论扑热息痛和肿痛安在40g力加载时均不影响正畸牙移动,但是否可用于正畸临床有效控制疼痛尚待于进一步研究。 Objective To compare the effects that acetaminophen and Chinese herbal medicine have on orthodontics teeth movement and to examine the differences of bone resorption in the pressure area and the expression of COX-2 around the root of the teeth. Methods Forty-five adult male Wistar rats were divided into three groups of fifteen each: aeetaminophen group, Chinese herbal medicine group and control group. The appliances were placed between molars and incisors. Histological examinations were performed on all above samples. Results Analyses of variance showed no significant differences between the control group and groups given aeetaminopben and Chinese herbal medicine. The groups given acetaminophen and Chinese herbal medicine had no statistically significant differences, too. Conclusions The results indicate that Chinese herbal medicine just like acetaminophen did not affect orthodontic tooth movement in rats, and it might be the analgesic of choice for treating pain associated with orthodontic treatment.
