腔外型胃间质瘤的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Extra-luminal Type Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor

目的:探讨腔外型胃间质瘤的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的15例腔外型胃间质瘤的CT表现。所有患者均行CT平扫和双期(肝动脉期,门静脉期)增强扫描。结果:15例腔外型胃间质瘤均分布在胃的周围,其中与胃之间有密切关系者9例,与胃之间关系不明确者6例。表现为囊性病灶5例、囊实性病灶7例和实性病灶3例,双期增强扫描示肿瘤实质部分均呈明显强化。结论:腔外型胃间质瘤的CT表现有一定特征性,熟悉其表现将能提高对其诊断准确性。

Objective：To investigate the CT features and their value in the diagnosis of extra-luminal type gastrointestinal stromal tumor （GIST）. Methods：CT findings of 15 cases with extra-luminal type GIST proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. All had CT scan without and with hi-phase [hepatic artery phase （HAP） and portal vein phase （PVP）] contrast enhancement. Results： 15 cases of extra luminal type GIST were located within the peri-gastric area. The masses were closely related with the stomach （n= 9） or the relationship with the stomach was indefinite （n=6）. There were cystic mass （n=5）,cystic-solid mass （n=7） and solid mass （n=3）. Marked enhancement was showed in the solid component of the tumor on HAP and PVP CT scans. Conclusion：Characteristic CT findings were shown on extra-luminal GIST. The accuracy of CT diagnosis could be improved by the understanding of these CT features.
