182例肝内胆管细胞癌临床病理分析 被引量：3

摘要 肝内胆管癌（intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma，ICC）是起源于肝内二级胆管以下的胆管细胞恶性肿瘤，较为少见，在病因、临床表现、治疗方法和预后方面均与肝细胞癌及肝外胆管细胞癌等有较大差异。现回顾性分析我院182例ICC患者的临床资料，探讨其病因和临床特点。
