阿妥伐他汀对结肠癌裸鼠肝转移模型cyr61蛋白表达的影响

摘要
大肠癌患者肝转移发生率为50％。他汀类药物具有减少心血管急症发生率及抗肿瘤双重作用，我们前期进行了阿妥伐他汀对结肠癌细胞增殖抑制作用的体外研究，本实验建立人结肠癌细胞裸鼠肝转移模型，探讨阿妥伐他汀对结肠癌裸鼠肝转移癌生长的影响，为临床应用提供实验基础和理论依据。
