肝硬化血管内皮细胞功能障碍的研究进展

摘要 门静脉高压是肝硬化的主要并发症,其主要原因为肝内血管阻力和门静脉血流量增加。肝血窦内皮细胞(hepatic sinusoidal endothelial cells,HSEC)功能障碍与肝硬化门静脉高压的发生密切相关。HSEC功能障碍引起内皮性一氧化氮(NO)释放不足,导致肝内微循环障碍,肝内血管阻力增加。体循环和内脏循环动脉血管内皮细胞功能障碍引起内皮性NO过度产生,动脉扩张,
