摘要
以青藏高原一年生野生大麦和3个澳大利亚大麦品种为材料分别进行了正反交试验,对所有的F2代群体进行了农艺性状的调查及蛋白质含量的测定,并对农艺性状和主要品质性状蛋白质含量进行了比较分析。结果表明,蛋白质含量与千粒重呈显著正相关;与主穗小穗数、单株小穗数、单株实粒数、穗平粒重、小穗密度呈显著负相关;与其他农艺性状相关性不显著。
This research used annual wild barley from Qing-Tibetan plateau and three Australia barley specieses as the material for reciprocal crosses. Investigation of agronomic characteristics and measurement of protein content for all F2 population, and carried on comparison and analyze to the agronomic characters and main quality characters protein content. The results showed that there was remarkable positive correlatior between protein content and 1000-grain weight; protein content had remarkable negative correlation with spikelet number of main spike, spikelet number per plant, grain number per plant,the average of grain weight per spike, density of spikelet;and not remarkable correlation with other agronomic characters.
