摘要
以板栗壳为原料,采用氯化锌活化法制备活性炭,研究了原料粒度与炭化程度的关系,根据不同温度与锌用量变化的活性炭吸附值,分析了活化条件对产品性能的影响。结果表明,板栗壳粉0.3~0 mm,锌屑比2∶1,250~650℃变温炭化210 min,550℃活化45 min获得的活性炭比表面积为980 m2.g-1,亚甲基蓝吸附值14.5 mL·0.1g-1。
In this paper using chestnut shell as raw materials of activated carbon,the relationship between the degree of carbonization and the size of raw materials was studied. According to the activated carbon adsorption value of different temperature and the amount of zinc, effect of activation conditions on the properties of the products was analysed. The result showed that chestnut shell powder 0-0.3 mm, zinc power ratio 2:1,250 chip temperature to 650℃ charring 210 min, 45 min 550℃ could produce 980 m^2.g^-1 activated surface area of activated carbon, methylene blue adsorption value 14.5 mL.0.1g^-1.
