我国现代农业的功能定位问题研究

On Functional Orientation of Modern Agriculture in China

本文概述了现代多功能性农业的农业内涵拓展、农业发展方式发生变革、产业间相互融合和公益属性增强等四个方面的特点;阐述现代农业的重点应加强农产品的保障供给、扩大劳动就业、增加农民增收入和保护生态环境;提出了加大财政支农、调整农业产业结构、加强人才和科技支撑和深化政治体制改革等措施。

This article summarized four features of mordem multifunctional agriculture such as agricultural connotation expansion, development mode changed, industrial integration and public attributes enhanced. In this paper modem agriculture should concentrate on contributing the guaranteed supply of agricultural products, expanding in employment, increasing the peasant＇s money, and protecting the ecological environment.Finally the author bring forward that through increasing financial support for agriculture policy, readjusting the agricultural structure, and strengthening the talent and technology support and deepening the reform of the political system to promote the development of agriculture.
