从“二元结构”到“三元结构”--中国“农民工”的户籍演变路径及其解决方案

我国的"农民工"实质上构成了二元户籍之外的"第三种户籍",对"农民工"的歧视性待遇,已经严重阻碍了社会经济的进一步发展。解决"农民工"问题可以考虑实施两步走战略:首先变现在的户籍"三元结构"为"新二元结构",然后实施"新二元结构"到"一元结构"的转变。

Its implementing course is the huge social system engineering. Whether could solve the problem about peasant worker not only concerns the economic and societal sustainable development but also challenges and tests the ability of administration of China government.
