摘要
目的探讨丹参注射液对大鼠慢性心肌缺血的干预作用。方法通过冠脉结扎,建立大鼠慢性心肌缺血模型,测定各组动物心电图ST段,血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,血液流变学变化及观察心肌组织病理学改变。结果与模型组相比,丹参组心电图ST段抬高值减小(P<0.05),大鼠血清CK、LDH活性有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),血液流变学指标有改善(P<0.05),心肌组织病理损伤得到改善。结论丹参注射液对大鼠心肌缺血有干预作用。
AIM To investigate the protective effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection (SMI) on experimental chronic myocardial ischemic rats. METHODS The model of chronic myocardial ischemic rats was established by ligating coronary artery. In all the rats, ST segment of electrocardiogram was measured, serum creatine kinase (CK) , lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity, the changes of haemorheology were detected and the pathobiological changes of the cardiac muscle tissues were observed. RESULTS Compared with that in the model group, the raised value of ST segment in SMI group descended (P 〈 0.05 ), serum CK and activity of LDH improved, the indexes of haemorheology improved and the pathobiological damage of the cardiac muscle tissues 小 ameliorated. CONCLUSION Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection has some protective effect on experimental myocardial ischemic rats.
