摘要 采用光谱学方法对总胆固醇含量不同的高胆固醇血症血清进行了研究.获得了正常人血清和高胆固醇血症血清的吸收光谱和荧光光谱(λex=407nm),并讨论了二者的谱线特征与差异.实验结果表明,高胆固醇血症血清的吸收光谱和荧光光谱不同于正常人血清的吸收光谱和荧光光谱,高胆固醇血症血清不仅是吸收率和荧光强度高于正常人血清的相应值,而且还有新的吸收峰和荧光峰出现.由此可见,通过比较待测血清的吸收光谱和荧光光谱可以初步判定血清中胆固醇的含量是否异常.这为血清中总胆固醇含量的检测提供了光谱学的实验数据. The total cholesterol with difference concentration in hypercholesterolemia serum is studied by the method of spectroscopy technology. The absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra (λex = 407 nm) of normal human serum and hypereholesterolemia serum are obtained respectively. The spectra characteristic of each sample and the difference between two kinds samples are discussed. The results indicate that both absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra of hypercholesterolemia serum are different to those of normal human serum. The absorptivity and the fluorescence intensity from hypercholesterolemia serum are higher than those from normal human serum. There are new absorptive peaks and new fluorescence peaks in the spectrogram of hypercholesterolemia serum. The abnormal of cholesterol in serum can be judged by comparing the absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra from the serum to those from normal human serum.
