摘要
以俄罗斯管线工程中采用的K60级管线钢为研究对象,通过-15℃落锤撕裂试验和-40℃夏比冲击试验对钢板的低温断裂韧性进行了系统的统计和分析。试验结果表明,随着壁厚的增加,K60级管线钢夏比冲击韧性变化不大,DWTT性能严重下降。指出,在大壁厚管线钢钢板生产中应着重注意DWTT性能的稳定性。
The China-Russia crude oil pipeline and Russia far east transportation pipeline project have provided precious chance for Chinese steel and pipeline enterprise to open the international market.This paper based on K60 pipeline steel,by means of DWTT and Charpy impact test,given an analysis on pipeline steel low-temperature fracture toughness.Result shows that with wall thickness increased,K60 pipeline steel get little change in charpy impact toughness,but the DWTT performance drop down badly,DWTT performance should be paid more attention in thick pipeline plates production.
