From the philosophical point of view, it is expounded that the establishment of the enterprise’s safety culture conforms to the aspiration of workers. It must base on the practice, persist in the view of the dialectical unity,as well as the connection and development. Finally, on the basis of the practice in this factory, the philosophy principle for the establishment of the enterprise’s safety culture is described.
