基于脉动高频信号注入的永磁同步电动机转子位置检测 被引量:7

摘要 利用电动机的凸极效应跟踪转子位置,可以实现电机全速度范围内转子位置的检测,且对电机参数的变化不敏感,鲁棒性好。对脉动高频信号注入法进行永磁同步电动机转子位置检测的原理进行剖析。在定子绕组端注入高频小幅值的脉动电压信号,将产生的带有转子位置信息的高频载波电流解调后,送入位置观测器,可观测出转子位置。通过仿真进行算法验证,结果表明,对具有凸极效应的永磁同步电动机来说,脉动高频信号注入法能够精确地跟踪转子位置,尤其是能够解决低速甚至零速下的转子位置检测。 The rotor position self-sensing technology of sensorless permanent synchronous motor based on fluctuating high-frequency voltage signal injection can detect the rotor position in a wide speed range ineluding the low speed region and zero-speed by tracking the PMSM saliency-pole. This paper presents the basic principles of the method using fluctuating high-frequency voltage signal injection to estimate the rotor position of PMSM. When a fluctuating high-frequency voltage signal was injected into stator winding, the corresponding current signal containning information of rotor position is demodulated and delivered into a rotor-position-estimator, then the rotor position would be detected accurately. The simulation results verified this method can track the rotor position accurately, especially in the low speed region and zero-speed.
