一种智能化的无刷直流电动机控制器设计

摘要 无刷直流电动机控制系统一般采用按键输入的方式进行操作,在控制手段的创新上较为欠缺。设计了一种新型无刷直流电动机控制器,系统以语音处理专用单片机SPCE061A为基础,其特色在于以语音命令代替传统按键操作,同时在操作过程中还带友好的语音提示,实现了一定程度的人机对话功能。给出了系统的硬件构成,简述了SPCE061A单片机的内部资源,阐述了非特定人语音识别的隐马尔可夫模型(HMM)算法原理,并解释了软件设计的过程。实验取得了较满意的控制效果,控制器体现出一定的智能性。语音命令的使用丰富了控制的手段,亦可推广到其他工控系统。 Most of current BLDC motor control systems are under control of the input key command, such way of operation is lack of innovation. Therefore, a novel BLDC motor controller was designed in this paper, with SPCE061A, an MCU specially developed for speech signal processing. The controller is featured with input of speech command substituting for traditional key operations, and friendly speech reply function when operated, thus, a certain man-machine conversation function is realized. The hardware structure of the system was introduced, and the internal resources of SPCE061A are presented, then the algorithm principle of the speaker-independent recognition Hidden Markov Model (HMM) and the procedure of software design were discussed in detail. Satisfied effect is gained through experiments, and a certain intelligentization is shown by the controller. In conclusion, the way of control is extended by use of speech command, it is worthy to spread this technology to other industrial control systems.
