摘要
正在研制的一种新型红外微差ＣＯ分析仪．其主要特征是采用双补偿有液精密压差计，直接测出由两检测室所吸收红外光差异而导致两铜容器内的压力差，此压力差通过单板机的换算。
A new infared micromanometer for detection of CO gas concentration is reported.The main characteristics of the gas analyzer like :(1)the pressure difference between two copper containers,which was correlated with the absorption difference of infrared light between two detection rooms,is detected directhy by a double-compensation precision manoneter;and (2)the concentration of the analysis,transformed fron the pressure difference through a uniprocessor,is shown by a digital displayer.
