摘要
通过对活套系统动态耦合过程的分析,在工作点附件,结合伺服阀和液压缸的模型,建立起液压活套系统的动态数学模型。给出该模型传递函数的一般形式,并通过对其各阶系数的分析,给出了其降阶形式。最后采用实际热轧现场的液压活套数据,对该模型的二阶降阶模型与实际活套进行对比仿真研究,结果表明该模型是符合实际情况的,而且实际应用是可以采用该降阶模型的。
By analyzing the dynamic coupling process of the looper system and using the mathematical model of hydraulic cylinder and servo valve, the dynamic mathematical model of hydraulic looper system was built close to working point, The general transfer function of the model was proposed and reduced on the base of research on its parameters. The model and its reduced model were carried out with the practical data of hydraulic looper in hot-rolling mills, Simulation results show that the deduced model in accord with practice and the reduced-order model can be taken in actual application.
