用几种市售洗涤剂提取DNA并检测乙型肝炎病毒

Extracting DNA and Detecting HBV with Commercial Detergent

目的:试验几种洗涤剂提取DNA的效果。方法:用4种固体洗衣粉(奥妙、白猫、雕牌、汰渍)和1种液体洗涤剂(开米),从血清中提取DNA,用聚合酶连锁反应(PCR)技术检测乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)。结果:5种洗涤剂都能从血清中提取乙型肝炎病毒DNA,PCR结果良好。结论:这5种洗涤剂都可用于提取HBV DNA。

Objective：To examine the effect of extracting DNA with commercial detergent. Methods：Four solid detergents （ Aomiao, Baimao, Diaopai, Taizi ） and one liquid detergent （Kaimi） were used to extract DNA from serum and HBV was detected with PCR. Results ： Five kinds of detergent could be used to extract DNA from serum with all of above five kinds of detergent and HBV could be detected by PCR, with a good result. Conclusion： Above five kinds of detergent can be used to extract HBV DNA.
