神经传导速度辅以F波检测对糖尿病周围神经病诊断的应用价值

摘要 目的:寻找糖尿病周围神经病(DPN)客观判断预后的检查方法。方法:对门诊及住院怀疑DPN患者进行神经传导速度(NCV)测定及F波检查。结果:感觉神经传导速度(SCV)受累程度重于运动神经传导速度(MCV);下肢神经传导速度减慢程度重于上肢;有运动神经传导异常者可伴有F波异常。结论:神经传导速度的检查辅以F波检查是DPN客观全面的一种检查方法,也是判断DPN病情程度的客观指标。 Objective:To find objective methods of diagnosing diabetic peripheral neuropathy and judging its prognosis. Methods : Nerve conduction velocity was determined in out - patients and in - patients suspected to suffer from diabetic peripheral neuropathy and treated in our hospital. These patients were also examined with F wave. Results: Involvement degree in sensory nerve conduction velocity was more severe than that in motor nerve conduction velocity. The reduction degree in lower limb nerve conduction velocity was more serious than that in the upper one. Motor nerve conduction abnormality could be complicated by F wave abnormality. Conclusion: Nerve conduction velocity examination supplemented by F wave inspection is an objective and comprehensive examination, which can provide some indicators for judging and diagnosing diabetic peripheral disease.
