急性运动中线粒体的抗氧化分子调控 被引量:2

摘要 线粒体是细胞内活性氧的主要来源。研究证实解偶联蛋白具有质子转运活性,能够减少线粒体活性氧的产生。而线粒体抗氧化酶也是机体重要的抗氧化防御机制。解偶联蛋白和抗氧化酶的激活和/或诱导表达可能在急性运动过程中的机体抗氧化保护中共同发挥作用,从而保持活性氧稳态,维持细胞正常功能。
