汽车变速箱嵌入式诊断系统设计与实现

摘要 嵌入式技术作为一种在线诊断故障的实现手段,已愈来愈为众多专家、学者和工程技术人员所关注。针对汽车变速箱,设计开发一套基于嵌入式技术与故障诊断技术的汽车变速箱故障诊断系统,并对汽车变速箱故障嵌入式诊断系统的硬件、软件进行简单研究,提出基于多支持向量机的汽车变速箱故障识别方法,并对相关技术开展深入研究。所研究的相关技术及系统的实现方案为嵌入式技术在相关动力装置故障诊断中的有效应用提供一条切实可行的途径。 The embedded technology, as a kind of on- line fault diagnosis implement method, has been paid more attentions to the application by many experts and scholars. In this paper, designed a fault diagnosis system for automobile gear- box based on embedded technology and fault diagnosis technology. The design of the hardware and the software of the embedded diagnosis system for automobile gear-box were studied, a fault recognition method based on multi support vector machine(SVM) is put forward, and the related technologies and methods are studied deeply. Some related means and approaches to solve the problem of fault diagnosis for au'tomobile gear- box is described in detail in this paper.
