摘要
针对我国在液体石油、化工等产品物流行业的需求,设计了一种面向液体物流生产、储运过程的新型计算机监控系统。应用分线制度设计了微机自动控制和手动控制两套控制系统。采用模块化技术构建了柔性的硬件测控电路。采用PID调节、数据库等技术对执行部件的控制与运行工作状态进行检测。利用"软面板"技术,对监控数据进行两级制的操作。应用软硬结合方法,实现高精度的测量。
For demand of cargo currency industry of liquid petroleum and chemical products etc in our country,a new-style computer stakeout control system on the production and transportation process of liquid products is designed.The divided system is applied to design computer automation and manual system.Modularization technique is adopted to design flexible hardware measure and control circuit.Adopt the techniques of PID adjusting and database etc to measure work and control estate of executive.Apply "soft panel" tech-nique to control and scout twain grade operation of data.Using a means of hang together hardware and software to achieve measure of advanced precision.
