基于虚拟仪器的直流电机转速测控实验系统研制 被引量:5

摘要 为适应测控技术发展和研究基于虚拟仪器的现代集成测控装置的需要,开发了直流电机转速控制实验系统。该系统硬件主要由虚拟仪器NIELVIS设备、有刷直流电机及光电传感器等构成;选择NI-6251数据采集卡的模拟输出口AO0和定时/计数口CTR0作为设计系统的电机控制电压输出口和转速测量的输入口;利用LabVIEW编制模拟信号输出程序、转速测量程序、控制算法程序;实验系统转速设定运行范围为1000~10000r/m,控制精度达到0.1%。该实验系统在实验教学中取得了良好的效果。 To adapt to the development of measure and control technology and the requirement for studying the synthesis experiment device based on the virtual instrument, the system for the measurement of the DC velocity is developed in this project. The analog signal output port AO0 and timer/counter port CTR0 on the NI-6251 DAQ card are chosen to output the control volt and input the velocity measurement of the motor. The analog signal outputting part, velocity measuring part and control algorithm part are programmed in LabVIEW. The velocity of the system is set between 1 000 and 10 000 circles per minute with the control resolution up to 0. 1%. The system gained excellent effect in the experiment teaching.
