同种异体复合自体骨移植治疗骨感染后大段缺损 被引量:3

THE TREATMENT OF LARGE BONE DEFECT AFTER BONE INFECTION WITH MASSIVE ALLOGRAFT COMBINED WITH AUTOGRAFT BONE

摘要 目的评价大段同种异体骨复合自体骨移植修复骨感染后大段骨缺损的临床效果。方法2000年4月-2006年5月对15例长骨感染后大段骨缺损患者采用锁钉固定并同种异体骨复合自体骨移植。结果经14个月至5年随访,术后1例感染复发,经再次手术后治愈;其余骨折愈合良好,感染无复发。结论同种异体骨为一种良好骨植入材料,由于其来源较广,应用方便,复合自体骨可应用于骨感染后造成的大段骨缺损。 Objective To evaluate clinical outcome of massive allograft combined with autograft bone to repair large bone defect after bone infection. Methods Fifteen cases with large bone defect after bone infection were treated with massive allograft combined with autograft bone and locking nail fixation. From April 2000 to May 2006. Results All the 15 patients were followed up. The follow-up ranged from 14 months to 5 years with an average of 3.2 years. Among the fifteen patients 14 fractured-bone had bony union, infection relapsed in one patients and cured after surgery again. Conclusion Allograft bone is a good implant material, because of its broader sources and conveniency,allograft bone combined with autograft bone can be used in large bone defect after infection.
