荧光素及聚乙二醇增敏流动注射化学发光法测定甲磺酸酚妥拉明 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立流动注射化学发光测定甲磺酸酚妥拉明的新方法。方法利用荧光素及聚乙二醇-200增敏高锰酸钾氧化甲磺酸酚妥拉明化学发光新体系,考察酸的种类及酸度、高锰酸钾、荧光素及聚乙二醇的浓度对该体系的影响。结果荧光素及聚乙二醇-200对该体系的化学发光强度分别增加了11%和14%。该体系的发光强度与甲磺酸酚妥拉明浓度在0.08-10.0 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为8.0μg/L。结论本法可用于针剂中甲磺酸酚妥拉明的测定,结果令人满意。 Objective To investigate a novel method of phentolamine mesylate determination by chemiluminescence. Methods By using the chemiluminescence system of phentolamine mesylate which was oxidated with potassium permanganate and improved with fluorescein and polyethylene glycol-200, the effects of the kinds and quantities of acid, the concentrations of potassium permanganate, fluorescein and polyethylene glycol on this system were studied. Results The chemiluminescence of this system was increased by 11% and 14% after adding the fluorescein and polyethylene glycol-200, respectively. The chemiluminescence intensities were proportional to concentrations of phentolamine mesylate over the range of 0.08- 10.0 mg/L with a detection limit of 8.0 μg/L. Conclusion The method can be applied to determine phentolamine mesylate in injections with a satisfied result.
