摘要
本试验分别剪取处于休眠和萌动两种状态的一年生和二年生北沙柳枝条,用60Coγ射线照射,照射后分别在室内和室外按随机区组配置。室内水培,室外扦插繁殖,定期对花芽的发育、插条的成活率、田间成株率及萌芽生长进行观测和分析,研究γ射线对北沙柳的辐射效应。
The method of this test is that some annual and biennial sand willow′s branches were exposed in the 60 Coγ-rays.Some of them are in the state of winter sleeping and some are in the state of sprouting.The branches after radiating were cultured by water indoors and cutted in the test′s field.We have studied the radiational effect on 60 Coγ-rays.in Salix psammophila on the basis of observement and measurement of its buds′ eveloping,percentage of sprout,percentase of survival in the field and the growing speed of new branches.After analysis and the results show that lower irradiational dose(0-6000R) don′t effect the cutting sprouting and >6000R,the percentage of survival cutting are decreased with the increasement of expose dose;In the test′s field, the annual branches were exposed by 2000R and 4000R dose,its pecentage of survival is higher than control class;The most of flower′s buds were caused to die and percentage of death of male flower ′s is higer than female′s;The growing speed of sprouts are all limited by >4000R irradiational dose,but the expose dose is 2000Rand 4000R,the branches′ growoing speed of sprouts is faster than control class;Biennial branches can be endured lower exposed dose than annual′s;And the dose rate effect and aged effect are exist in sand willows. \ \
