摘要
针对高温浓硫酸腐蚀性强所开发的NTJ型瓷质阶梯环填料,以公称直径为50mm的进行了几何特性数据测定和填料的流体力学性能与传质性能试验。试验结果表明它具有通量大、阻力小、效率高、操作范围宽等特点,从而提高了塔设备的生产强度,降低了能量消耗,是一种综合性能较好的瓷质化工填料。
For the NTJ type ceramic cascade mini ring developed for the high temperature concentrated sulfuric acid with strong corrosiveness,the geometric property data are measured for Dg50,and hydrodynamic property and mass transfer property of the ring are tested.The test results show that it features large throughput,small resistance,high efficiency and wide operating range,which will increase the productivity of the tower equipment and reduce the energy consumption,and is a ceramic chemical ring with excellent overall property.
