冠心通络胶囊抗家兔冠状动脉粥样斑块的实验研究

Effect of Guanxin Tongluo Capsule on Model Rabbits with Atherosclerosis

目的:观察冠心通络胶囊对家兔冠状动脉损伤的保护作用。方法:采用高脂饮食法复制家兔冠心病心绞痛模型,测定冠状动脉斑块厚度,观察冠状动脉病理学变化。结果:冠心通络胶囊组冠状动脉斑块厚度与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:冠心通络胶囊可有效减轻冠状动脉粥样硬化程度,对冠心病心绞痛有明显的治疗作用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Guanxin Tongluo capsule on attenuating the degree of coronary artery pathological change of model rabbits with atherosclerosis.Method：70 rabbits were randomly divided into blank group（n=10）, model group （n=10）, Shanhaidan treatment group （n=20）and Guanxin Tongluo capsule treatment group （n=20）.Model rabbits with atherosclerosis were induced by high fat diet.Coronary artery pathological change of rabbits were observed.Result： In Guanxin Tongluo capsule treatment group, the thickness of coronary artery plaque was obviously thinner than that of model group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Guanxin Tongluo capsule can effectively lessen the development velocity and level of coronary artery pathological change, and has obvious effect on curing coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
