血塞通注射液治疗2型糖尿病90例疗效观察

Clinical Observasion of Xuesetong Injection on 2 Diabetes

目的:观察血塞通注射液治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:90例病例在饮食、运动、药物治疗基本保持原状态不变的基础上,加用血塞通注射液治疗。观察患者治疗前后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、ISI、TG、TC、HDL-C等项生化指标的变化。结果:90例患者连续治疗2个疗程后总有效率为72.22%,治疗后空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、TG、TC、总胆固醇、ISI与治疗前比较均有所下降(P<0.05),HDL-C升高(P<0.05)。结论:血塞通注射液能改善2型糖尿病患者的各项生化指标。

Objective：To observe the effect of Xuesetong injection on 2 diabetes.Method：90 patients were administered with Xuesetong injection 20 mL plus 0.9% NS 250 mL once daily for 15 days besides conventional treatment.The changes of FPG, PBG, HbA1C, ISI,TG,TC, HDL-C in 90 patients were measured before and after treatment.Results：In 90 patients, the levels of FPG,PBG,HbA1C,ISI,TG,TC were decreased,but the content of HDL-C was increased after treatment.Conclusion：Xuesetong injection could improve the biochemical indexes of 2 diabetes patients.
