金毛狗脊炮制后化学成分研究

Study on the Constituents of Proceeded Product of Cibotium baronetz.

目的:对金毛狗脊炮制品的进行化学成分研究。方法:对金毛狗脊炮制品的乙醇提取物用柱色谱法进行分离和纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到3个化合物,鉴定为β-谷甾醇、胡萝卜苷和β-谷甾醇-3-O-(6'-正十六酰氧基)-β-D葡萄糖苷。结论:甾体类化合物在炮制前后含量几乎没有变化,炮制对其影响较小。

Objective：To study on the constituents of processed product of Cibotium baronetz.Method：Chemical constituents were separated and purified by chromatography method, then their chemical structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis.Result： 3 compounds were isolated from Cibotium baronetz.and identified as β -sitosterol, daucosterol, and β -sitostero-3-O- （6＇-16 exactly acyloxygen base）- β -D-pyaranoglucoside.Conclusion ：The content of stero composition in Cibotium baronetz, is not changed obviously before and after processing.
