龟龄集酒中补骨脂的薄层色谱鉴别

TLC Identification Method for Psoralea Corylifolia L.in Guilingji Wine

目的:建立简便易行的鉴别龟龄集酒中补骨脂的方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法检测龟龄集酒中补骨脂所含主要成分补骨脂素、异补骨脂素,对原标准的鉴别方法进行改进。结果:龟龄集酒供试品薄层色谱中检出补骨脂素、异补骨脂素。结论:改进的薄层色谱鉴别法图谱清晰,方法简便,重现性好。

Objective：To establish a TLC identification method for Psoralea corylifolia L.in Guilingji wine.Method：The psoralen and isopsoralen in Guilingji wine were identified by TLC method of China Pharmacopoeia.Results：The chromatographic spots of samples have the same Rf and color with the reference substance and these spots were distinct.Conclusion：The method is sensitive, simple and reproducible.
