摘要
分析了基于平稳小波变换的图像对比度非线性增强算法和传统的Canny边缘检测算法,将两者相结合,提出了一种适用于低对比度图像的边缘检测方法,首先用平稳小波变换对图像进行非线性增强处理,提高它的对比度,然后利用Canny算子进行边缘提取。实验结果表明,该方法能准确地检测出图像的边缘,而且边缘清晰,连通性较好。
The image contrast nonlinear enhancing algorithm based on stationary wavelet transform and image edge detection algorithm based on Canny operator are analyzed. On the basis of combining the two arithmetic, a new method of edge detection for the low contrast image is proposed. First, the image is enhanced by a kind of nonlinear enhancing operator, then edge detection is done by Canny operator. According to the result of experiment, the given method can detect clearer edge of image, and smoother edges than that one using Canny operator alone.
