摘要
在分析线阵CCD测量的信号特征的基础上,介绍线阵CCD测距系统的组成,对比研究了均值阈值法和类别方差法两种数据处理方法,实验结果表明:线阵CCD测距系统的类别方差法可以显著提高测量的精度。
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of signal measured with linear CCD, the constitution of the linear CCD measuring system is described. The two methods of average threshold and the Class Variance Method are studied contrastively. Experiment results indicated that the Class Variance Method of the linear CAD measuring system can improve the detection precision remarkably.
