摘要
研究目的:探讨新编健身气功·八段锦对老年男性血脂及生理机能的影响。研究方法:以60名老年男性为对象,随机分为练功组、慢跑组及对照组(无锻炼组)3组,锻炼组按各自要求进行锻炼,通过实验前、后比较分析。结果:练功组经过3个月健身气功·八段锦锻炼,老年男性血清TG、LDL-C均下降,HDL-C增高非常显著(P<0.01),肺活量、握力、下肢平衡能力提高也非常显著(P<0.01);慢跑组经过同期锻炼,血清TG、LDL-C均下降.HDL-C增高非常显著(P<0.01),舒张压下降显著(P<0.05),肺活量增加非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:两种健身方法都能改善老年男性血脂水平,提高老年男性心血管和呼吸系统的生理机能。
This paper investigates the influences of different exercise methods on the blood lipid and Physiological Function of the elder male people. The subjects of this experiment are 60 elder male people who were divided into 3 groups randomly : exercise group, jogging group and control group. The result shows that after practicing fitness Qigong (Baduanjin) for 3 months, those indexes such as TG and LDL-C in serum decrease and the HDL-C in serum increases remarkably (P〈0.01). The vital capacity, grip force, time span of standing with a single leg with eyes closed improve remarkably (P〈0.01). Meanwhile, as far as the jogging group is concerned, The TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C in serum change remarkably ( P 〈 0.01 ). The diastolic pressure decrease remarkably (P〈0.05) and the vital capacity improve obviously (P〈 0.01). It concludes that the two methods have effects of reducing the blood lipid and improving the physiological function of the elder male people.
