气管多形性腺瘤1例报告并文献复习

Pleomorphic Adenoma of Trachea:One Case Report and Literature Review

目的:提高对气管多形性腺瘤的认识。方法:分析1例气管多形性腺瘤的诊断过程,并复习文献。结果:气管多形性腺瘤临床症状不典型,常被误诊为支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎,支气管镜检查有助于诊断,确诊须依赖病理及免疫组化。结论:气管多形性腺瘤是一种罕见的原发性气管支气管良性肿瘤,对不明原因的慢性咳嗽、哮喘患者,在治疗效果不佳、临床以常见病难以解释时要注意气管多形性腺瘤的可能。

Objective ：To highlight the characteristics of pleomorphic adenoma of trachea. Methods ：To analyse the diagnosis of a patient with pleomorphic adenoma of trachea and review the literatures, Results ：The clinical manifestation of pleomorphic adenoma of trachea was not typical,it was usually misdiagnosed as asthma or chronic bronchitis,bronchoscopy could be helpful for diagnosis ,its diagnosis must base on the pathology and immunohistochemistry. Conclusion ： Pleomorphic adenoma of trachea is a rare benign tumor of Primary tracheal tumors. In patients with unexplained chronic cough,asthma which do not respond to ordinary therapy,pleomorphic adenoma of trachea need to be considered.
