摘要
研究了不同浓度的SO2对空气露点的影响,从而为烟气露点的准确确定提供了依据.研究结果表明,SO2的分压对露点的影响常不超过1K,而SO3的分压是决定含氧化硫的烟气露点的主要因素.烟气脱硫的增湿活化技术的机理看来不是SO2溶于烟气中的水滴,然后被CaO吸收。
The effect of SO 2 concentration on the dew point temperature of air were studied. The results of this study provide the basis for the determination of dew point temperature of flue gas. The effects of SO 2 and SO 3 on dew point temperature were compared. The temperature of dew point of flue gas was measured at different partial pressures of SO 2( p SO 2 ) and SO 3( p SO 3 ). The test results indicated that the influence of p SO 2 on dew point is not over 1K, and p SO 3 is the main factor of controlling the dew point of flue gas. A new method of predicting the dew point temperature of flue gas was proposed.
