污泥与高浓度有机废物厌氧消化反应中的产气量

摘要 研究了高温/中温两相厌氧消化反应器系统用以同时处理污泥与不同高浓度有机废物时产气及产甲烷的变化特性。结果表明,气体及甲烷主要是在第二段的中温消化反应器内产生。当中温消化反应器的有机负荷VS为1.65~3.10kg/m3d时。稳态条件下的平均产气量为1.958~4.020m3/d,气体中甲烷的平均组成为65%~73%,甲烷的比产率为0.397~0.511m3/kgVS。 Gas and methane production had been investigated when sewage sludge and other high concentration organic wastes were digested simultaneously in a two-stage thermophilic/mesophilic anaerobic digestion system. Experimental results showed that gas and methane were mainly produced in the second stage digester. When the second mesophilic digester received organic loading rates of 1. 65~3. 10 kgVS/m3d, steady-state gas production was averaged at 1. 958~4. 020m3/d,which was equivalent to the specific gas production rates of 10. 02 ~ 23. 73m3/m3 or 0. 597 ~0. 702m3/kgVS. Methane represented averagely 65 % ~73 % of the digester gas mixture, and specif ic CH4 yield was 0. 397~0. 511 m3/kgVS.
