摘要 阐述了图书馆人性化服务的内涵,介绍了人性化环境、人性化服务的内容,提出了人性化管理的具体方法。 This paper elaborates the connotation of the humanistic service of the library, introduces the contents of the humanistic environment and service, and advances some concrete methods for the humanistic management.
