摘要
从资源、环境以及竞争力3个角度总结了有关外包的各种理论,对导致外包风险的主要原因进行了探讨,并提出了规避外包风险的建议。
This paper sums up varous theories about outsourcing from three angles of the resource, environment and competitive power, probes into the main reasons of bringing about the outsourcing risks, and advances some suggestions on avoiding the outsourcing risks.
