摘要
阐述了民营中小企业人力资源管理的重要性,对目前我国民营中小企业人力资源管理中存在的问题进行了剖析,并提出了加强人力资源管理的几点建议。
This paper expounds the importance of the human resource management of small and medium-sized private enterprises, analyzes the problems existing in Chinese small and medium-sized private enterprises, and advances several suggestions on strengthening the human resource management.
