摘要
针对当前网络环境对图书馆读者服务工作的影响,提出图书馆应深入研究读者需求,并采取多种措施深化读者服务工作。
In the light of the influences of network environment on the service for readers of the library, this paper points out that the library should make intensive study on readers＇ demand and adopt various measures for deepening the service for readers.
