摘要
结合Pb(Ⅱ)对Ca(Ⅱ)生理活性的抗拮,取代金属对锌酶活性的影响,以及Hg(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ)对巯基(—SH)的亲合而致毒等实例,论述了分子水平上的金属致毒机理中。
This paper discusses significant effect of particular structure of biomolecular ligands and electronic structure of metal cation on the basic toxicity mechanism of heavy metals at the molecular level, which is supported on the examples such as an antagonism between Pb(II) and Ca(II) on the physiological activity, an influence of replacement metals on Zinc enzyme activity, an inordinately strong affinity of Hg(II) and Pb(II) toward thiohydroxy (-SH) resulted from toxicity.
