摘要
本文采用田间酸雨喷淋系统研究了模拟酸雨对作物和蔬菜生长、产量和种予品质的影响。试验结果表明,酸雨对供试作物的株高生长没有明显影响,而对作物的生物量产生一定的影响。酸雨对蔬菜产量的影响比农作物更明显,pH3.5的酸雨使三种供试蔬菜的产量平均下降17%。酸雨引起农作物减产的主要原因是结实率降低。酸雨对作物种子蛋白质含量、氨基酸总量和组分及脂肪酸含量无明显影响,个别氨基酸含量发生明显的变化,其中以赖氨酸、精氨酸和组氨酸变化幅度较大。
The field acid rain spray system was adopted to study the effect of simulant acid rain on the growth, seeding,yield, and seed quality of crops. The result showed that acid rain did not affect the height,but affected the biomass of crops significantly.The negative effect of acid rain on vegetable yield was more significant than cereal yield,pH3.5 acid rain caused average reductions of 17% in 3 vegetable yields.The main reason of decreased crop yield was the less seeding rate resulting from acid rain.Acid rain did not obviously affect the contents of protei,total amino acids and some fatty acids,but caused the change of some amino acid in contents.
