基于虚拟样机技术的汽车悬架动力学仿真分析

摘要 应用机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS/view建立某车麦弗逊式前悬架多体系统模型,通过仿真分析,校核了相关部件是否有运动干涉,分析了前轮定位参数的变化特性,并确定悬架的刚度,仿真结果可为悬架的开发和参数优化提供理论依据。 A model for the Mcpherson front suspension system was built with the help of ADAMS/ view. A dynamic simulation was made to check any motional intervention between relevant components. Parameter changes of the front wheel alignment and the suspension stiffness were also investigated. The simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the development and optimization of the suspension.
