摘要
澳大利亚建立的全流域管理方法，强调政府与公众一起努力协调合作，以生态的、可持续的方式管理自然资源，考虑人类活动和环境的相互关系，实现自然资源持续利用。介绍全流域管理模式，并作简单评价。
Total Catchment Management (TCM)in Australia which emphasized the coordinative cooperation between government and public managed natural resources by means of ecological and sustainable methods,and consided the relationship between human action and environment to realize the sustainable utilization of natural resources. The models of TCM were introduced and were simply evaluated.
