摘要
组织文化会影响一个组织接受创新的能力和速度,通过海尔个案,可以看到组织文化的主要潜在变量对创新的影响。创新是企业文化的核心,而组织文化则能配合创新管理。
Organisation culture impacts on the management of innovation. Managing innovation effectively depended on the corporation culture which is suitable or supported. The Martin's model of organization culture is used to explore several main potential variables of organisational culture influencing innovation. As a setting for the theoretical model, one case study is presented and discussed. It examines the role of organisation culture into innovation concept by using the case study of Haier.
